Contract Winemaking
For more than 25 years, we’ve loved partnering with growers and small businesses to craft unique, boutique wines that really stand out. At Mandurang Valley Wines, we make a wide range of white wines, sparkling base wines and reds with care and attention to detail. We truly enjoy working together with our clients to bring their wine ideas to life. And if there’s a style or variety you’d love to produce but don’t yet have access to fruit for, just let us know — we’re happy to help source extra fruit where we can.
Contract Wine Bottling
In January 2025, we installed our own bottling machine, providing a convenient, flexible option suited to smaller wineries and short runs. The machine is operated by Troy, who brings many years of experience operating mobile bottling lines. Troy works closely with our winemakers, Wes and Steve, and takes great care to ensure every wine is handled with attention and respect throughout the bottling process.
We can accommodate any volume, maintain a minimal loss rate, and are happy to assist with dry goods and freight to keep the process as smooth as possible.
